ACTech produce prototipos de fundición y pequeños lotes para clientes de diversos sectores: para la industria del automóvil y sus proveedores, para la industria aeroespacial y para los fabricantes de máquinas e instalaciones. Como una de las principales empresas de prototipado rápido del mundo, ofrecemos todos los procesos de diseño y producción bajo un mismo techo para la rápida producción de prototipos de fundición completos. A partir del conjunto de datos en 3D, producimos piezas de fundición completas listas para ser probadas e instaladas.
Los más modernos procesos de prototipado rápido, combinados con la fabricación de patrones CNC y el mecanizado CNC, consiguen una producción extremadamente rápida de prototipos que, desde la primera colada, son comparables a la producción en serie. Nuestra experiencia beneficia a los clientes al reducir el tiempo de desarrollo y disminuir los costes en comparación con los métodos convencionales, logrando a su vez un lanzamiento de producción sin problemas para sus productos. En la actualidad, más de 1.000 empresas de todo el mundo utilizan nuestro servicio único.

Csepel Metall Ltd. is market leader in Hungary and in the area for production of grey (GG) and nodular  (GGG) iron castings for Engineered Business. Our company is located directly in the city of Budapest, in CSEPEL WORKS Industry Area.
Csepel Metall Ltd. is producing iron castings in the weight range starting from about 50 kg to over 10.000 kg by hand moulding technology with a workmanship known and appreciated in the area -  prooved also by two Grand Prix awards by the Hungarian Foundry Association.
We are producing complex castings at competitive price using sand with cold binding resin for moulding for satisfaction of our customers.
Csepel Metall is granting full service for customers starting from (design) and manufacturing of casting patterns, castings, up to heat treatment, machining and final coating.
Our capacity is about 4500 tons/year - depending on the unit weights; more than 90 % of our production will be exported.

DPL – is a multi-faceted casting enterprise with the extensive technological resources and a range of state-of-the-art equipment to meet every client’s needs and requirements. The company wields several casting process and casting production know-hows, as well as its own full close-loop production cycle and highly-equipped casting department. As a leader of casting industry of Ukraine and CIS, our company is aspiring at both increasing its productivity and technological complexity of the castings. We are the full-scale specialists in the sphere of ductile iron castings, heat-, wear- and acid-resistant steel castings, special and high-grade steel castings. Our machinery capabilities include green sand molding machines as well as vacuum molding process (V-process) machines which, combined with our in-house production of mold cores according to shell-process and Resol-CO2-process, allows us manufacturing and supplying to our clients a broad range of castings with multiple dimensional and weight characteristics (from 0.2 kg up to 2500 kg per casting).
