Munich Composites GmbH manufactures serial composite parts with the overbraiding technology.
We offer all services in the process chain – from engineering to braiding of preforms and finished components. We can produce small series, starting at 100 components up to large series with more than 100,000 components per year.
The fiber lay up is completely automated in our production process. This way we can guarantee that every component has the same high quality.
Due to low scrap and high automation, we can offer our customers significantly lower costs compared to other technologies like Prepreg or Winding. Our customers are in the automotive, mechanical engineering, transportation, sports and leisure, and aviation industry.
