Desarrollamos y producimos controladores de nivel vibratorios para el conrol de niveles en silos y contenedores que son llenados con carga a granel granulada, gruesa hasta fina y en polvo.
Principio de Función:
Un sistema mecánico de vibración es estimulado mediante un sistema piezoelectrico a hacer vibraciones en su frecuencia de resonancia. Tan pronto como el medio a controlar cubra la sonda disminuye la vibración. La disminución es indicada y analizada electronicamente.

Los controladores de nivel vibratorios son adecuados
-para el control de nivel de una gran variedad de graneles granulosos, gruesos hasta finos y en polvo como granulados plásticos, pelletes, cementos, harinas, cereales. Son recomendables incluso para productos de peso extremadamente bajo como poliestireno expandido
-para indicar con toda fiabilidad cuando un silo o contenedor que se llena con graneles esta lleno, vacío o para senalar cuando se necesita volver a llenar.
Los aparatos son producidos conforme a patentes propias. La forma especial de la sonda es única. De esta manera se puede aplicar la técnica vibratoria incluso con materiales críticos que tienden a formar puentes, depósitos o cavidades. El control de estos productos críticos
con controladores de nivel corrientes es limitado.

Measuring Principle
The continuous level measurement operates according to the physical law
of attenuation of gamma radiation, while it is passing through matter.
Practically, the product to be measured is shielding the radiation
coming from a radioactive source and according to the height of the
product, more or less of the original radiation is reaching the
detector. This measuring signal is then transfered to an output signal
which directly correlates to the actual level of the product.
Depending on the measuring arrangement, either a rod shaped detector or
one of minor size is selected, both using the most efficient
scintillation principle, which allows the use of lowest possible source
activities. Under extraordinary conditions, even the use of a rod shaped
detector in combination with a source of the same length is possible
and will give the most accurate level reading.
Nuclear measurement will not change the products being measured!
