Fundada en 2013, ABMT comenzó con la intención de vender y reacondicionar transformadores eléctricos. En 2015, después de ganar un contrato para reciclar transformadores en Piauí, la empresa amplió sus operaciones para recuperar otros materiales que componen los transformadores, como aceite mineral, cobre, aluminio, materiales ferrosos y no ferrosos.
En 2020, inició la ampliación de su estructura fabril y, al año siguiente, duplicó su flota de camiones. También en 2021, firmó su primer contrato internacional. Por último, en 2023, firmó un contrato con una de las mayores empresas eléctricas del país.

 Kerun Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. is an A-share listed enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and service of transmission and distribution equipment, high and low voltage complete sets, power energy storage tanks, transformers, and new energy series products.
