SchuF Fetterolf diseña y fabrica una variedad de válvulas
industriales para las industrias química, petroquímica, de los

Nuestra variedad de productos incluye válvulas industriales de
seguridad, control, aislamiento, desvío y muestreo. Nuestras válvulas se
utilizan para controlar, desviar, aislar y tomar muestras de gases,
líquidos, polvos y lechada. Nos especializamos en aplicaciones de
servicio critico como hidrocracking, gasificación, licuefacción,
producción de urea y coquificación retardada. Estas aplicaciones suelen
requerir que la válvula soporte una combinación de alta presión (delta P
a 200 bar), alto contenido de sólidos (hasta 70%), temperatura elevada
(a 1150°C), materiales abrasivos o sustancias químicas corrosivas.
SchuF se fundó en 1911 en Alemania y la empresa inventó las
válvulas de fondo de cuba, la válvula de cuerpo deslizante, las válvulas
de derivación y la válvula de control moderna. La variedad de productos

SchuF ha adquirido una excelente reputación en otros campos: polímeros, como PVC y PU, adhesivos y tinturas, polímeros continuos como el PET, PBT, no tejidos y PP. También fabricamos válvulas con conformidad cGMP y CIP para sustancias químicas finas e ingredientes activos para productos farmacéuticos.
Nuestras válvulas se ofrecen en todo tipo de presión, desde ASME 150# a ASME 2500# y más (también en los equivalentes DIN y JIS), en medidas de 1/2" (DN 10) a 36" (DN 900). Trabajamos con la mayoría de los materiales: acero inoxidable, carburo de tungsteno, cerámica, titanio, zirconio, dúplex y revestimiento de PTFE, vidrio y bajo contenido de ferrita 316L. Todos los materiales se pueden trabajar por fundición, moldeo o mecanización según las especificaciones del cliente.

The beginning of a business cooperation with Zakady Aparatury Technicznej (Technical Apparatus Plant) LUMEL in Zielona Góra. Production of measuring apparatus packings.

Entering into cooperative relations with FSO in Warsaw, POLMO Branch in Kożuchów for delivering of oil measuring device packing for Polonez as well as other personal cars.
1985
Developing cooperation with LUMEL in machining of metal silumin casts.
1992
Entering into cooperative relations with branches of ZWR ( Copper Beneficiation Plant) in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for deliveries of metal and rubber parts for machines and other instruments.
