GEC is an international business consulting company implementing systemic business solutions to large and medium enterprises/organizations and start-up companies that need efficient business advice to grow and change. We work both with private and public organizations.
Systemic - is the approach that we use to assist client companies to become more efficient, easily handle changes and achieve growth. In systemic, we mean that we see your business as a system of interrelated components that support your business flow. To assess and improve your business flow and results, we examine the nature of these interrelations. Whether you need to tackle the existing challenges or venture into new areas, all components need to interact harmoniously. Our job is to make it happen.
Since our establishment in 2010, we successfully implemented over 100 projects, became members of the International Society for Performance Improvement, became exclusive representatives of IFS (a leading global provider of enterprise software) in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, and opened our representation in capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek and largest metropolis of Kazakhstan, Almaty.
Our consultants deliver expertise in different areas of business and institutional strategy and management, performance analysis and improvement, capacity building, ICT management, corporate financial strategy and management, risk management and business continuity, human resource management, education management, and corporate training and coaching.
GEC is an accredited consulting unit by EBRD SBS (Small Business Support, former BAS) Program and selected business service provider for USAID REAP (Restoring Efficiency to Agriculture Production) Program implemented by CNFA. GEC also was IQS holder for USAID HICD Plus Program implemented by Chemonics International (2011-2015) and IQS Tier 1 holder for USAID HICD 2020 Program implemented by ME&A (2015-2017). GEC was also the holder of the engagement agreement and selected consulting/training unit for Financial Advisory Service and Business for Business components of EPI (Economic Prosperity Initiative) implemented by Deloitte Consulting (2011-2014). GEC implemented a number of projects supported by USAID G4G (implemented by Deloitte Consulting) and UNDP.
