Iran Powder Metallurgy Complex (I.P.M.C) was founded in 1984 using advanced technology and technical knowledge of the German company “MANNESMANN DEMAG”. Its production activities began in 1991 with the investment of the Sanat-VA-Madan Bank and transferred to the private sector through a public auction.
IPMC consists of two units of powder production and production of industrial parts by powder metallurgy method. At this time, IPMC is the largest producer of iron powder in the Middle East with a production capacity of more than 8000 tons per year. Our powder products include a variety of iron alloy powders, bronze powder, and copper powder. Also, in the parts production unit, more than 500 types of parts have been produced for more than 120 customers in various industries such as automotive, home appliances, agricultural machinery, and others.

Germa Composite is the German manufacturer of high-quality fiber reinforced construction parts. Germa Composite is involved into the whole process - planning, construction, tool-building, and the building of prototypes, pre-series and serial products.
Germa Composite has the skills and the know-how in all areas of common production processes for fiber reinforced plastics.
Our core competence is the production of Prepreg-Autoklav, hardened performance construction parts for different applications and industries.
