Rapp Polymere was founded in 1988 as a private company with strong connections to the University of Tuebingen. In 1993 Rapp Polymere GmbH was established.
The initial objective was to commercialize the TentaGel resins to provide the chemical community with an innovative state of the art resin for peptide and oligonucleotide synthesis. TentaGel resins were developed at the University of Tübingen and are based on a completely new concept for solid phase resins.
As a second line PEG derivatives were developed.
Meanwhile Rapp Polymere manufactures a broad spectrum of high quality resins for solid phase synthesis (SPS) and a broad range of polyethylene glycol derivatives.
Our commitment is to provide the chemical community with products on the highest quality level.
In 1991 Rapp Polymere has received the “Innovation Award” from the State of Baden Württemberg.

Already in 1965, the founders of HEUTE+COMP. decided to specialize in processing fluorine-based plastics. Since then, we have continued to pursue this goal, cooperating closely with our customers from the early stages of development onward to ensure to their systems meet all material-specific requirements.
We also choose high-performance plastics precisely suited to your application from the available range of options. To optimize the quality of your products, we can even turn out semi-finished products such as pipes and solid bars at our own facilities.
Further processing into finished, high-precision components takes place on CNC or curve-controlled cutting machine tools at our state-of-the-art plant.
Our substantial production depth makes us the right partner for you - whether you need an initial application prototype, a small pilot series or a large series for an established product.

AGRODUR es una mediana empresa familiar de la industria de transformación de plásticos.
El nombre AGRODUR proviene de la combinación del nombre del fundador de nuestra empresa, Alfred Grosalski, y del material termoestable que se procesaba al principio.
Desde su fundación en 1967, AGRODUR se ha convertido en uno de los principales transformadores de plásticos de Alemania. Ya sea en los vehículos o en el hogar, nuestros productos se utilizan prácticamente en todas partes.
Con más de 350 empleados en nuestras sedes de Radevormwald, Bad Berleburg, Lützen y Hohenmölsen, fabricamos piezas técnicas de casi todos los materiales termoplásticos y termoestables mediante procesos de moldeo por inyección y compresión en una superficie de producción de más de 15.000 m².

Nuestro parque de máquinas consta de ~ 90 máquinas de moldeo por inyección Arburg en el rango de fuerza de cierre entre 15 t y 400 t (150 kN / 4000 kN), así como de prensas automáticas para el procesamiento de termoestables hasta una fuerza de cierre de 600 t (6000 kN).
Además, para aplicaciones en tecnología médica y otras con requisitos similares, disponemos de salas blancas según la norma ISO 14644 en las clases 7 y 8.
El sistema de gestión de calidad de AGRODUR está certificado según la norma IATF 16949:2016 y la norma DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
