Düker GmbH & Co. KGaA es una firma con una marcado carácter de mediana empresa, que sigue la tradición de una planta metalúrgica y siderúrgica y que, actualmente, está subdividida en cuatro áreas – válvulas y accesorios de tuberías, tecnología de evacuación, esmalte industrial y fundición por encargo. En las localidades de Baja Franconia, Karlstadt y Laufach, trabajan alrededor de 650 empleados. La cuota de personal en formación es aprox. del 8%. Con este perfil, Düker es asimismo una de las plantas de fundición más grandes de Alemania.

Production:
Duktil Guss Fürstenwalde the company's in-house foundry, is where high-quality unfinished castings are manufactured. The cast material is then processed in Freilassing using the latest CNC production systems. Following an aggressive bout of abrasive blasting, the EWS coating - an epoxy powder coating manufactured using a fluidised bed sintering process - is melted onto the heated casting surface. The use of industrial robots during this ensures an even layer thickness (at least 250 µm*). Hawle even produces its own elastomer/plastic components required for the final assembly process. Before shipping, all products are subjected to a rigorous final inspection procedure.

Cast iron components
Our foundries produce nodular and ductile cast iron components between 0.1 and 200 kg in the materials EN-GJL and EN-GJS. In addition, we manufacture various special alloys for a large number of well-known customers in Europe and worldwide.

Stainless steel and steel components
In our production facility near Augsburg, we manufacture components from various materials such as stainless steel alloys and steel. Laser cuts, punched parts and complex components. We also manufacture stainless steel in qualities such as 1.4016, 1.4301 and 1.4571.

The building materials business unit has been an essential part of the ZÜRN group of companies for almost 60 years. Our aim is to be a reliable and competent supplier and partner for our customers in the field of road construction and civil engineering.
