BIBRA is an experienced manufacturer and supplier of machineries and homemade toolings for the metal packaging industry worldwide. Our customers use our machines to produce all types of lids and ends for round and nonround products, deep drawn 2-pieces and DRD cans, AE-bottoms as well as twist off- and lug caps. Founded in 1889, BIBRA is headquartered in Barmstedt near Hamburg, Germany.
We can rely on more than 125 years of experience in the packaging industry and several decades of selling can making machines before manufacturing on our own for more than 50 years now. Our tooling department benefits of more than 40 years of experience in designing, constructing and manufacturing dies and toolings for all kind of cutting-, drawing- and forming dies.
In 1999 we moved our tooling department to Barmstedt and in 2009 our oven department followed. Herewith we finished an important mission to assemble all departments under one roof, shortening communication channels, transportation and improve quality control. With the decision to manufacture our own O-frame presses in 2011 we are able to build complete automatic sheet-feed press lines with its backend under one roof.
Our manufacturing range consists of all types of presses and back-end machines such as curlers, lining machines, industrial ovens, rollforming machines and bodymakers (lock-seaming). Additionally, BIBRA is one of the only companies being able to manufacture their own stamping dies and toolings for their machines and others.

HIDRALMAC is one of the largest manufacturers of PRESSES, PRESS BRAKES, and SHEARS, located in Araraquara city, state of Sao Paulo, where there are two units with over 40 thousand m² of total area.
In 2015 the company consolidated its international actuation when it initiated a Joint Venture with its home office in Gelsenkirchen – Germany, opening its first international unit dedicated to selling equipment throughout Europe, HIDRALMAC Europe – Vertriebs – und Servicestützpunkt UG.
HIDRALMAC has been in this market for 21 years and it has produced over 4 thousand machines spread out through Latin America and Europe, they are built in series or customized. In 2003, the precursor of the double C-Frame press was manufactured, which became the company’s flagship and a great innovation in this machine sector.
In July 2014, the company began its professionalizing process by hiring its first CEO, and the creation of the Administrative Board of Directors, this phase optimized the production processes, reducing costs of the product while increasing its quality, adding improved benefits to its customers.

XUDUAN has long adhered to the leading technology strategy and has more than 280 professional and technical personnel, including 3 leaders in the “three three three” disciplines in Jiangsu Province, including 26 senior engineers, 38 graduates or above, and more than 80 full-time R&D personnel. The product development adopts information technology such as 3D CAD, CAPP and PDM, which realizes seamless integration of data from design, process flow and processing, and fully guarantees the speed and quality of product development and manufacturing. Xuduan Technology Center was rated as provincial technology center in 2003, and was recognized as Jiangsu Provincial High Speed Digital Forging Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center in 2006; XUDUAN has a thorough technology development system and long-term good cooperation with Southeast University, China University of Mining and Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology and other institutions of higher learning. In 2010, Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Academician Workstation and Postdoctoral Research Station were established upon approval. In 2013, it approved the establishment of the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation and the national post-doctoral scientific research station, which strengthened the R&D strength of the company and further accelerated the adjustment speed of the company's product structure to high precision, super high speed, large scale, digitization and automation.
After the acquisition of German EDU in 2016, the company's research and development capabilities have been greatly improved by learning from German advanced technology and design concepts, especially in the research and development of servo and high-speed products.
