BIBRA is an experienced manufacturer and supplier of machineries and homemade toolings for the metal packaging industry worldwide. Our customers use our machines to produce all types of lids and ends for round and nonround products, deep drawn 2-pieces and DRD cans, AE-bottoms as well as twist off- and lug caps. Founded in 1889, BIBRA is headquartered in Barmstedt near Hamburg, Germany.
We can rely on more than 125 years of experience in the packaging industry and several decades of selling can making machines before manufacturing on our own for more than 50 years now. Our tooling department benefits of more than 40 years of experience in designing, constructing and manufacturing dies and toolings for all kind of cutting-, drawing- and forming dies.
In 1999 we moved our tooling department to Barmstedt and in 2009 our oven department followed. Herewith we finished an important mission to assemble all departments under one roof, shortening communication channels, transportation and improve quality control. With the decision to manufacture our own O-frame presses in 2011 we are able to build complete automatic sheet-feed press lines with its backend under one roof.
Our manufacturing range consists of all types of presses and back-end machines such as curlers, lining machines, industrial ovens, rollforming machines and bodymakers (lock-seaming). Additionally, BIBRA is one of the only companies being able to manufacture their own stamping dies and toolings for their machines and others.

Unser Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1980 durch den Inhaber Maschinenbau-Meister Peter Jüttermann gegründet und beschäftigt sich mit dem An- & Verkauf von Werkzeug-Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Maschinen für die Metallverarbeitung. Auf über 1000 qm Hallen- und 4.000 qm Freifläche haben wir ständig über 300 Gebrauchtmaschinen und Werkzeuge zum größten Teil unter Strom vorführbereit für Sie am Lager vorrätig. Ebenfalls finden Sie bei uns Richt-, Anreiß- und Aufspannplatten, sowie gebrauchte Maschinen der Bereiche Hebetechnik, Fördertechnik und Schweißtechnik.
