Leak testing devices PMD02: reliable, intelligent, flexible
The leak detector of the PMD02 series has proved itself on the market as a system within industrial testing Technology. Worldwide more than 1000 leak test devices are used by well-known companies. They convince with high flexibility and robustness as well as easy Operation. The PMD02 is used to test the tightness of hollow bodies such as pumps, motors or gearboxes. Up to 100 different test programs are available to adapt to your specific test Tasks. Depending on the version, up to three test channels can work simultaneously. This leak detector can be used for both, differential pressure and mass flow processes or a combination of both methods. In addition, it is possible to store and evaluate the last 100 measured values (min / max values, average, standard processing). Thanks to a wide range of equipment and the use of various measuring methods, all test tasks can be carried out precisely and quickly by vacuum areas up to 10 bar overpressure.
Flow meters PMF01: Multitalent for various tasks
Our PMF01 series flow meter has also established itself as a robust test system on the market. The models are used for the measurement and classification of air flows (leaks in the automatic production process) and convince with multi-channel capability and compact design. The special design and the availability of 32 different test programs also enable the realization of individual Solutions. The PMF01 models can measure larger mass flows, simultaneously at several test sites. In this case, the mass flow method is used as a measuring principle, in which the measurement can be carried out at low or high pressure. For the purposes of testing, the measurement curves of the individual channels can be graphically displayed on the integrated LC Display. These flow testers are equipped with two RS232 interfaces as standard. Optionally a computer connection via 3964R or ASCII is possible.
