Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. Products:
Bulk Material Handling Machinery:Over one thousand sets of large bulk material handling machineries produced by DHHI are popular among foreign and domestic customers. The single-car, two-car, three-car, four-car dumpers with independent intellectual property rights and the automatic unloading and marshalling equipment matching with the said dumpers, the 1000t-15000t/h stacker, reclaimer, stacker＆reclaimer and blending stacker＆reclaimer and the 1000 m3-9000m3/h large spreader have reached or approached the advanced level of the world. Successfully supplied stackers, reclaimers, car dumper system and ship loader for Roy Hill Project in Australia.
Cranes:DHHI is the largest enterprise for development and manufacture of crane in China. The products covers various special lifting machineries, such as overhead traveling crane, gantry crane, full-series cranes for metallurgical plant, etc. Among these products, the overhead traveling crane and gantry crane of brand “DCW” are awarded the titles of “China Famous Product”; the 20,000t overhead traveling crane developed and manufactured independently by DHHI set a Guinness world record.
Port Machinery: DHHI has independent intellectual property right for large port machinery and is the largest enterprise for development and manufacture of ship unloader in China. It is capable of producing various port handling machineries, such as 650t~3600t/h grab ship unloader and continuous ship unloader, 500t~18000t/h ship loader, 30t~65t quayside container crane and container gantry crane and 25t~1900t portal crane, etc.
Crankshaft: all types of ship crankshafts covering MAN series above type 50 and Wartsila series above type 52, with a capacity of producing more than 150 crankshafts per year. The China’s first over-sized joint-type crankshaft 11S90ME-C developed and manufactured independently by DHHI achieved significant breakthrough for localization of over-sized crankshaft, and this makes DHHI the first company in China and the fourth company in the world that has the capacity for self development and manufacture of such type of crankshaft.
Cast Parts: The capacity of DHHI for developing and manufacturing large and high-end steel casting and nodular iron casting reaches the advanced level of the world. It is capable of producing many kinds of high-end forgings and castings for 600-1000MW ultra-supercritical cylinder, main pump body for nuclear power plant, rotor of 800MW water turbine, hub and front frame of wind turbine, casting-copper marine propeller, etc.
EPC: DHHI holds many qualifications for contracting overseas mechanical engineering project and domestic international bidding project and has undertaken more than 60 EPC and regional EPC projects such as raw material transportation equipment EPC project in Malaysia for VALE Brazil, bulk material shiploading system equipment EPC project for PALUA Venezuela
