ATEX owners bought a new venue at 20d 3-go Maja street in Oława and kept on modernizing the company buying another Japanese AMADA turret punch press, changing welding machines. Staff - 80 people.
They also bought their first Swiss laser numerically-controlled punch press BYSTRONIC as well as a numerically-controlled Japanese press break AMADA with 8 axis.
What is more ATEX was ISO certified. ISO 9001:2000 certificate was issued by TUV RHEINLAND.

ATEX started manufacturing exhaust silencers for foreign brand trucks MAN, RENAULT, VOLVO, IVECO, MERCEDES, DAF. Also, they started a large scale production of truck fuel tanks in 22 different shapes for aftermarket.
ATEX was modernized and new machines were bought - first numerically controlled TRUMPF turret punch press and numerically controlled metal sheet MG roller. Staff - 54 people.

ATEX started manufacturing truck exhaust silencers for STAR, JELCZ and LIAZ.
New buildings were built at Bursztynowa Street in Oława. Staff - 20 people.
ATEX grew its silencer portfolio by parts for AUTOSAN, AVIA, BERLIET, TATRA, KAMAZ, MAZ and KRAZ. ATEX launched simple fuel tanks production for STAR, JELCZ, AUTOSAN, KAMAZ and TATRA.
A building at 23c 3-Maja Street was bought. Staff - 38 people.

A small business was set up by Kazimierz Świerzko. The company was making plastic and metal components. Staff - 5 people.
First venue was built in Ścinawa Polska.
Production of FIAT 126p silencer was launched.
